Doug has done several jobs for us now. And also did and excellent job for my son, when someone else had let him down. He is efficient and a very neat and tidy plumber. I would highly recommend him.

Doug fixed a tap in our kitchen, removed tiles and replaced a bath mixer. He also repaired grout and sealant on our shower tray. It was all done very efficiently and to a high standard. When we found out we purchased the wrong type of bathroom mixer Doug sped round to the local merchant and sourced another mixer £100 cheaper than the one we originally bought. He arranged the refund too. Highly recommended, friendly, trustworthy & left the place very clean. Thanks Doug ��

Doug completed a wide range of work on our house during a comprehensive refurbishment. He was always punctual and worked tirelessly to resolve difficulties as they arose. I'm very pleased with Doug's work and would not hesitate to use him again.

Doug has done several jobs for us , and always impresses with his work ethic and skill. He sorted out a problem our en-suite shower , which the installer claimed to have "run out of ideas" on how to fix it. Will use no other plumber now we have met Doug.

Douglas and his team have recently completed a full refit of our en suite bathroom to a very high standard. We required every item (except the bath!) to be relocated, which involved extensive rerouting of plumbing. The end result is stunning! In addition Douglas installed a second cold water tank in the loft (correcting an omission by a previous plumber!) that provided us with a consistent shower in the family bathroom. We can only echo all of the positive attributes posted on other reviews concerning Douglas! We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 'Barcroft' for any similar work

This is the second time we have used Doug and on each occasion he has diagnosed and solved the problem. On this occasion his standard of service was superb. Our toilet needed a new part which did not come before we went on holiday for two weeks. On the day we came home (a Sunday!) Doug texted us to ask if he could come the next day to fit the part. What service!!

Doug renovated two bathrooms for us this year with wonderful results. Before the work started he made several visits to double check details, a true perfectionist. Even once the work was completed and paid for he came out of his way to help us in an emergency over Christmas. We would thoroughly recommend him.
